What we collect
We only collect what you type into our consultation form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, event date, event venue, your description of the event you are planning, any inspiration links you choose to share, an estimated budget if you provide one, and how you heard about us.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a floral proposal, and stay in touch about the event you asked us about. If you become a client, we use the same details to coordinate delivery and setup with your venue and planners.
Who else sees it
Your submission is delivered to our team by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf in order to run the site and deliver your message. Nobody else receives your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you, and removed when they are no longer useful. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded content such as the video on our homepage is served by YouTube and may set its own cookies once you interact with it. That is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email using the details below. If you are a California resident you have these rights under the CCPA, and we do not sell personal information as that law defines it.
Children
This site is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
